Production takes about six to seven (6-7) business days and standard shipping within the US takes about three to five (3-5) business days.
If you would like to rush your order, please purchase the Rush Production service and Shipping Upgrade. Rush production is cut down to four (4) business days plus shipping time.
Note: 12x12 books can only ship standard.

When can I expect to receive my order? Please check the processing time for each product to give you an estimated production and shipping time.
Can you guarantee delivery time? We do our best to ship orders on time. However, we cannot guarantee shipping time as it is beyond our control. If you need your order soon, please contact us before placing an order to ensure that you can receive it in time.
Can I see a digital proof of my order? Unfortunately, we do not send digital proof to make the process more efficient and get the product to you faster.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you may only cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item? Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you do custom wedding books? Yes! Custom items do take a little extra time to create. Please reach out if we are able to accommodate your custom request.
