Please carefully review the following terms & conditions before placing an order. You agree to the following terms and conditions by purchasing our products.
Design
Our designs are thoughtfully crafted, and all design elements are intentionally selected to best suit the overall look of the design. Because of this, we do not offer changes to our designs If you would like a custom design, please visit our Bespoke Collection page.
Proofs
Personalized Collection includes one round of minor revisions. Semi-Custom Collection includes two rounds of minor revisions. Bespoke Collection includes three rounds of minor revisions. Each additional round of changes will cost $75.00.
Wedding books do not include proofs. Please enter your personalization exactly as how you would like it to appear on the book cover.
We cannot make additional changes once your item is in production. We recommend that you carefully review your proofs for typos and/or inaccuracies before final approval.
Variances
Handmade papers have beautiful deckle edges. However, please keep in mind that because of its one-of a-kind-nature, there will be variations with deckle, size, shape, and color. Its imperfections are what make these papers special.
The nature of hand-addressed envelopes will vary from printed addresses. Each calligraphy address will vary depending on the letters, length of names, street names, city and state lengths, and visually appear different from one another when compared. Addresses will have 4-5 lines of text and will look different from those with fewer. Please have this expectation set when ordering calligraphy. Calligraphy is a single work of art and must be appreciated as such. With hand lettering, it is common for it to have variances in the spacing, sizes, and style of letters.
Letterpress printing and inking are done by hand using an antique printing press machine so slight variations in color and positioning may occur.
Foil printing on handmade paper can sometimes be delicate, so keep in mind that some handmade papers have slight blemishes or fibers attached to them. The ink or foil may not adhere properly resulting in a missing letter, a fragment of a letter, or a very small part of the artwork.
Color Accuracy
All digital screens are calibrated differently, and the colors showcased in digital mockups or proofs may vary slightly when printed. With specialty printing such as letterpress and foil printing, minor variations are to be expected.
Copyrights
All designs, videos/images, and artwork on this website or in the products that you purchase are owned solely by Little Carabao Studio unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or copy the designs, videos/images, or artwork in any manner whatsoever without the written consent and approval of Little Carabao Studio. Should you request permission to use our content, please contact us by sending an email to info@littlecarabaostudio.com.
Privacy
The personal information that you provide will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will not sell or trade your information to any third party.
Terms of Payment for Bespoke Collection or Day-of-Stationery
We request a 50% non-refundable deposit upon placement of your order. The balance must be paid prior to production. If the balance is not received, your paper goods will not be printed and shipped regardless of the estimated completion date.
The Post
The post office reads envelopes electronically. Due to the nature of calligraphy, some addresses or calligraphy styles will be more or less difficult to read when put through the USPS, as is the nature of any handwritten address. Any address that cannot be read by the machine will likely be hand-inspected. If the address still, cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the return address. Little Carabao Studio is not responsible for resending, reprinting, or reimbursing for invitations or addresses that do not make it to their intended address. As with any mass mailing, you are likely to have 1-3% of your pieces undeliverable. Please check your address list carefully to ensure all your addresses are correct to minimize this effect. You may wish to order extras to ensure additional pieces are available if needed.
If Little Carabao Studio is addressing and posting your pieces, we guarantee that each address you provide goes directly to the post office. Any mail not received by its intended recipient is not under the liability of Little Carabao Studio. If any pieces need to be re-mailed, you may either mail the piece(s) yourself using any extras that were purchased and delivered to you upon the completion of the project, or pay Little Carabao Studio to print, address, and re-mail the additional pieces.
Processing
Personalized Collection takes about six (6) weeks, and Semi-Custom Collection takes about eight (8) weeks from start to finish.
Custom Collection usually takes 12 weeks or more, depending on the availability of the supplies needed for the project and the client's responsiveness.
Wedding books take about 6-7 business days plus shipping time.
These processing times do not include shipping time. Major changes in your order and delays in communication may affect the timeline.

Shipping
We ship orders via USPS or FedEx.
You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once the package has been accepted by the shipping company, Little Carabao Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, loss, or other shipping circumstances.
For international orders, any customs and import taxes that may apply will be the client’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of all of our products, Little Carabao Studio cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
In the case that a printing error was made on our part, we will reprint the item(s) for no additional cost. The client will be responsible for any reprinting cost due to incorrect information that has been approved by the client.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order can no longer be canceled.
